設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：
1. 溫度控制方式:進(jìn)口溫度控制器,智能型PID溫度控制,精度高,穩(wěn)定可靠,并可根據(jù)作業(yè)環(huán)境調(diào)整工作參數(shù)。
2. 溫控精度: ±1℃
3. 安全裝置: 設(shè)置溫度安全系統(tǒng), 溫度失控或超過(guò)設(shè)定范圍,安全系統(tǒng)發(fā)出聲光報(bào)警,同時(shí)停止加熱。
4．系統(tǒng)設(shè)置: 加熱系統(tǒng)獨(dú)立作業(yè), 在關(guān)閉加熱系統(tǒng)后仍可以觀測(cè)到加熱平臺(tái)的溫度。
5．保護(hù)裝置: 設(shè)置非金屬邊框,對(duì)加熱板進(jìn)行隔離,避免電池板在修復(fù)過(guò)程中玻璃劃傷或破碎。
6. 設(shè)置緊急按鈕,緊急情況可迅速處理并強(qiáng)制切斷整機(jī)電源。
7. 以電加熱形式進(jìn)行加熱，通過(guò)電熱管傳導(dǎo)熱量，熱量散失量小，通過(guò)對(duì)加熱板進(jìn)行溫度、 隔熱、絕緣處理后有效提高轉(zhuǎn)換效率。
8. 通過(guò)溫度控制器調(diào)節(jié)溫度的上限值和下限值，可使工作臺(tái)在合適的溫度范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行工作

Technical characteristics:
