USD 17 Million Contract Signed for Lingzhi SDD-MBBR Patented Coupling Technology Equipment and Process Package in Kuwait

    2 月 2 日，深耕環保領域 30 年的凌志裝備 / 環保傳來海外拓展捷報，與科威特相關方正式簽署 1700 萬美元一體化水處理裝備及工藝包供貨合同。此次合作聚焦 3 個污水處理站一體化設備工藝包的定制設計、研發生產、供貨安裝等核心環節，約定 6 個月內完成全量交貨，以響應科威特方對項目落地的迫切需求，也彰顯其對凌志裝備模塊化生產與標準化交付能力的高度認可。

On February 2, Lingzhi Equipment / Environmental Protection, with 30 years of deep engagement in the environmental protection sector, announced significant progress in overseas expansion by officially signing a USD 17 million supply contract for integrated water treatment equipment and process packages with relevant parties in Kuwait.This cooperation focuses on the customized design, R&D, manufacturing, supply, and installation of integrated equipment process packages for three wastewater treatment plants, with full delivery scheduled within six months, meeting Kuwait’s urgent project implementation needs and demonstrating strong recognition of Lingzhi Equipment’s modular production and standardized delivery capabilities.

多元復合體系適配中東特殊環境

該項目采用 MBBR 耦合 MBR、氧化溝與 SDD 新質低碳技術的多元復合處理體系：MBBR 技術強化微生物富集與污染物降解，MBR 技術保障出水水質精準達標，氧化溝工藝適配規模化處置需求，SDD 技術實現能耗與碳排雙降，四者協同構建高效低碳的污水處理閉環。同時，設備本體采用新型材料制作，高防腐、長壽命的特性可完美適配科威特高鹽、高溫、高腐蝕的自然環境與水質特征，確保長期穩定運行。

The project adopts a diversified composite treatment system integrating MBBR coupled with MBR, oxidation ditch processes, and SDD innovative low-carbon technologies. MBBR enhances microbial enrichment and pollutant degradation; MBR ensures precise compliance with effluent quality standards; the oxidation ditch process supports large-scale treatment demands; and SDD technology achieves dual reductions in energy consumption and carbon emissions. Together, these technologies form an efficient, low-carbon wastewater treatment closed loop.Meanwhile, the equipment is manufactured using new materials with high corrosion resistance and long service life, making it well suited to Kuwait’s high-salinity, high-temperature, and highly corrosive environment and water conditions, ensuring long-term stable operation.

延續中巴合作標桿，再拓中東新局

此次簽約是凌志裝備海外水務市場布局的重要舉措。此前，企業已簽訂卡拉奇百億水務框架協議及 2 號泵站 20 萬立方米 / 天污水及中水回用合作協議，成為中巴環保水務合作標桿。凌志裝備早在 2010 年便布局巴基斯坦市場，2017 年獲得當地專利授權，憑借長期互信拿下核心代理資格，為此次中東市場拓展奠定堅實基礎。

This signing marks an important step in Lingzhi Equipment’s overseas water sector strategy. Previously, the company signed a large-scale water infrastructure framework agreement in Karachi, along with a cooperation agreement for a 200,000 m3/day wastewater and reclaimed water reuse project at Pumping Station No. 2, setting a benchmark for China–Pakistan environmental and water cooperation.Lingzhi Equipment entered the Pakistani market as early as 2010 and obtained local patent authorization in 2017, securing core agency rights through long-term mutual trust.

依托頂尖平臺，筑牢技術根基

作為 2025—2027 年知識產權強國建設示范創建對象，凌志裝備依托宜興環保產業基礎，以院士工作站、博士后工作站等為人才載體，研發的低氧高效生物倍增技術等成果推動行業多項突破，為海外業務拓展提供核心技術支撐。

“2026 年元旦以來，我們的國際環保業務拓展好事連連。” 凌志裝備 / 環保創始人、英國皇家工藝學會院士、俄羅斯工程院外籍院士、中國當代發明家、中國發明協會會士凌建軍向記者透露，企業海外業務多點開花，在北京舉辦兩次國際環保業務對接會，借助高端平臺深化與沙特、柬埔寨等多國合作。目前已在沙特注冊公司，即將建設工廠與辦公基地，并在卡塔爾、巴林等海灣國家搭建中東市場核心骨架，實現從 “產品出海” 到 “體系出海” 的升級。
